Jordan was convicted under joint enterprise despite the evidence showing he took no part in the crime and was at no point ever part of any plan or conspiracy to commit one. He was however in a certain area at a certain time, which basically means either you, me or anyone else you know could be found guilty no matter how much the evidence shows you are not.
