This website has been set up by wronglyaccusedperson.org.uk at the request of Simon himself.

During his 7 years in prison (including period on remand) for a crime we are convinced he did not commit due to our knowledge of the evidence, there have been other websites which have ceased for various reasons. However Simon is still strong and very much wishes his case to be given the right of appeal which is something we fully and actively support.

While neither we nor Simon wish to detract in anyway from the efforts of those who have tried to provide a site on his behalf before, it is necessary to recognise that wrongly accused person is in a position to ensure these pages are maintained.

From hereon in, pages are composed by Simon himself and are sent to us via regular mail so to that end, you can be sure that this is Simon’s very own, official website. Any messages of support will be forwarded directly to him and his responses posted by us on his behalf.
