i remember when this happend i was tricked into believing what was put in the papers and before the trial was finished i remember everyone assuming luke mitchell was guilty, but after reading all this, its a total joke of police corruption of lies and making things fit to get there man! i mean even to me these other boys who were on the path were ruled out far to easly and quickly i hope new evidence of somone is brave enough to come forward and change there statements.

I dont believe luke murdered jodie, and i hope his name is cleared. Upon reading the truth on this site, it has further instilled my belief he is innocent. a young childs life was taken brutally and another child blamed. i hope luke gets cleared and jodie gets the justice she deserves. gbnf xx

  • Re: Luke Mitchell - Wrongly Convicted of Murder May 16, 2013
I've recently been more and more interested in the ideas of Professor David Wilson (he does a series of programmes on Channel 5 called "Killers Behind Bars") in that he seems pretty convinced that when killers are caught (serial killers at least) they ... […]

It does worry me however that with the emergence of that "Lie to Me" T.V. programme (as with others like CSI etc.) that people will suddenly believe all the hype behind the method and not actually realise that it's not all that black and white. […]
