Murder Cases
Below is a list of websites hosted by us which are murder cases where the convicted person is maintaining innocence. There is no forensic evidence linking them to the crimes they are accused of.
Luke Mitchell is Innocent
Luke Mitchell was convicted of murdering his girlfriend Jodi Jones in 2003 when they were both just 14 years old. The court case was delayed until he was 16 making him old enough to stand trial as an adult. There is no dispute that Jodi was indeed murdered, however there is no forensic evidence linking Luke to the crime. Instead the evidence strongly suggests that the murder was carried out by one or more other people.
