The last sighting of Charlotte Pinkney that we are aware of was on Tues 2nd March, she disappeared from the North Devon town of Ilfracombe, if she is dead her body has never been found.

Kevin Nunn was arrested for the murder of Dawn Walker on 14 March 2005 and charged 2 days later. In October 2005 he was granted bail and was able to live on his own and sign-in to a police station each day. The trial took place at Ipswich Crown Court in October 2006 and was based purely on circumstantial evidence. The co-defendent was acquitted during the trial. Lee Mockble is Innocent
On the 20th April 2008, Lee Mockble and a couple of friends were caught up in the traffic of an Aston Villa v Birmingham City match. They weren’t familiar with the area so hadn’t known to avoid it after the game and instead found themselves being attacked by known hooligans as Lee tried to drive through. Ryan Pedley sitting in the passenger seat was injured during the incident and began bleeding profusely so Lee turned the car trying to get to paramedics he’d seen. Many witnesses saw one of the protagonists, Christopher Priest, slip and fall into the path of the car, he died almost instantly. In May 2009, Lee was convicted of Murder.
JUSTICE 4 BRENDAN
The Nightmare began on Halloween 2003 when Brendan Dixon was charged with the crime of murdering a frail 91-year-old Margaret Irvine in Galston, a small village about 6 miles from Kilmarnock in Central Ayrshire, Scotland.
We put our faith in the Scottish justice system believing that things would work out, even being told by lawyers that the case would probably never see a trial.
There was no physical evidence in this case. It was based on 3rd party hearsay and circumstantial evidence. Police recovered DNA and Footprints from the murder scene which did not belong to any of the accused.
